El Dr. Jorge Monastersky es abogado y Doctor en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales (UMSA), con formación de posgrado en Derecho Procesal Penal, Criminalística y Medicina Legal.
Cuenta con más de veinte años de trayectoria en litigación penal, defensa en delitos económicos, asesoramiento estratégico y planificación jurídica en conflictos de alta complejidad técnica.

After that historical event – which set a landmark in the frame of the Latin American case-law -, he championed and promoted the Law of Obesity, which would democratize the access to surgical interventions and treatments for patients with eating disorders.

COVID-19: vaccine for a Malvinas Veteran
Amid the pandemic and much uncertainty due to COVID-19, the law firm oversaw a legal sentence in favour of a Malvinas’ veteran- oncological patient- to whom the State was depriving of the second dose of the vaccines. Jorge Monastersky’s defence was able to expeditiously get the injunction forcing the national administration to supply the vaccine for the patient.
